BEI STRONG is an indoor/outdoor workout series that focuses on the FUN in functional training. By using the environment, minimal equipment, and fellow participants, engage in movements that elevate the brain-body connection. This is also a dynamic fitness class that coaches mobility, strength, core, and cardio conditioning. Training tools include resistance bands, stability balls, and bodyweight.
Appropriate activewear and athletic shoes required. Great for avid runners and fitness enthusiasts of all levels. Come rain or shine.
If this is your first time attending this class, plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class to sign the fitness waiver.
