Join Chef de Cuisine Michael Riddell for a hands-on culinary journey around the world during Porta Blu’s weekly cooking series. Offered every Friday from 7-8pm, Chef Michael will lead guests through a one-hour class, utilizing tips and tricks that can be taken home and practiced in your own kitchen. The classes rotate weekly, and include a variety of fun topics including a sushi making class, keto-friendly recipes, and pickling and preserving. Wine will be served, and registration is required.
