Roots of Sweetness:
The new Roots of Sweetness event on February 28 is an exclusive six-course tasting experience with Executive Pastry Chef Tanya Matta. Guests will enjoy a menu utilizing locally-grown root vegetables, from savory starters to sweeter desserts, all accompanied by wines that complement these distinct (and often underappreciated) ingredients. Tickets are $95 per person and include all courses and wine pairings. This event runs from 6:30pm-8pm and is recommended for adults only. Seating is limited and reservations can be made online here.
