Ross Valley Players starts 2022 with Sherlock Holmes and The Case of The Jersey Lily by actor-turned playwright, Katie Forgette – where the wit of Oscar Wilde meets the cunning of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle when Wilde brings his dear friend, Lillie Langtry, to Baker Street. Directed by Phoebe Moyer. The play will run from January 21-February 20, 2022, at the Ross Valley Players Barn Theatre.
Synopsis: Someone has stolen the highly intimate letters Lillie Langtry exchanged with the Prince of Wales, and now she is being blackmailed. Only Holmes can solve the case, going so far as to resort to a unique disguise, while Watson falls head-over-heels for the Jersey Lily and a wicked professor attempts to bring the Crown to its knees.
