On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26, Le Colonial in San Francisco will be open from 4:00 to 8:00 PM serving a limited version of their regular a la carte menu plus specials by Chef de Cuisine Tuan Phan including Turkey Roulade, butter roasted organic turkey breast stuffed with sticky rice and Asian sausage with green beans and carrots fritters, spicy cranberry jam, and red wine reduction turkey jus/$30.00; Five Spiced Duck Breast, pan-seared five spiced duck breast with fall vegetables and tamarind sauce/$32.00; Sea Scallops, pan seared sea scallops with lobster reduction, edamame and spinach egg noodles/$32.00; Lobster, a whole wok-fried partially deshelled Maine lobster with garlic noodles and garlic butter lobster reduction/$65.00; and Pumpkin Raisin Croissant Bread Pudding with bourbon butter sauce and whipped cream/$12.00. Prices exclude tax and gratuity. Reservations are encouraged. There will be limited seating in the indoor dining room and the outdoor patio will be opened depending on the weather.
Also available, for pick up, will be the Le Colonial Thanksgiving Family Dinner ready to reheat and serve. This $155.00 feast feeds six to eight people and centers on an organic brine whole turkey with fixins. Pick up times will be Tuesday, November 24 at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 25 at 4:00 p.m. and Thursday, November 26 at noon.
